1, the viscosity of the material
The greater the viscosity of the material, the easier it is to adhere. The material with high viscosity will adhere to the inner wall of the sand making chamber in the Sand Manufacturing Machine. If it cannot be cleaned in time, it will seriously affect the working efficiency of the Sand Manufacturing Machine, and it will seriously affect the normal operation of the Sand Manufacturing Machine. Therefore, when selecting materials, it must be noted that the viscosity of the material should not be too large.
2, the composition of the material
The more fine powder contained in the material before sand making, the more it affects sand making, because these fine powders tend to adhere and affect the transport. Therefore, for materials with a high content of fine powder, the sieve should be sieved one time in advance, and the fine powder should be screened out from the material as much as possible to avoid affecting the normal operation of the Sand Manufacturing Machine.
3, the humidity of the material
If the water content is high, the material is easily adhered when it is crushed in the Sand Manufacturing Machine, and is easily clogged during the feeding process, resulting in a reduced sand making capacity.
To solve this problem, firstly, the material humidity should be strictly controlled when the material is selected. If the material humidity is too large, the sunshine or air drying method can be used to reduce the percentage of moisture in the material.
